“3G means: Get in .... Get out .... Get fit!"
Hello, I’m Brandon Bergeron and I have established this site to MOTIVATE, INSPIRE, and EDUCATE all comrades who seek functional and dynamic methods to achieve their fitness goals. As you begin to participate in the programs provided, you will start to create new benchmarks for yourself associated with the workouts. The concept of these programs is to become efficient in the three main processes of human movement: squatting, pushing, and pulling.
Mastery of these three actions requires significant focus, disciple, and consistency. The good news is, with the programs that are listed (and continually updated) a person can potentially optimize their function and efficiency within months; resulting in unparalleled results.
True strength is measured in three components that derive from the squat, the push, and the pull. These are STABILIZATION, STRENGTH, and POWER. Regardless of the fitness goal, whether building strength to work more comfortably in the garden, lose weight, or perform at the level of a professional athlete one must acquire each of these components to operate, prevent injury, and recover from the given activity.
The methods that are recommended with the following programs should never be overlooked and should ideally be practiced with a professional. If one fails to adopt the suggested techniques then the exercise could result in injury. However, if the exerciser follows the recommendations then these programs will yield amazing results.
An exercise regimen should always be evolving and ever changing as efficiency is elevated. The mind must be engaged for if the body is going to continue to respond to exercise. The only way to achieve perpetual adaptation to exercise is to excite the mind and body together through different dimensions and variable challenges. These challenges shouldn't always occur through increased resistance.
Often they will occur from a well thought out program that includes basic variations and arrangements of the squat, the push, and pull. Every goal can be achieved by including these in every workout. Stop spending endless hours trying to guess what program is best for you. Start spending less time in or out of the gym with increased intensity and highly effective program structure.
